CheeseDog on a Baguette

A juicy fried or grilled CheeseDog on a half baguette, generously topped with honey mustard sauce. A fine treat, perfect for on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • Half baguette (12 cm), with a 2.5 cm wide hollow along the length
  • CheeseDog
  • 1 tbsp honey mustard sauce

Preparation method

  1. Heat the baguette briefly until warm to the touch.
  2. Prepare the CheeseDog in one of these ways:
    Deep-frying: 4 to 5 minutes at 180˚ C
    Grilling: about 8 minutes on the griddle or contact grill over medium heat, turning frequently.
  3. Fill the baguette with honey mustard sauce and slide the CheeseDog in, with about 5 cm of the CheeseDog sticking out.
  4. Turn the CheeseDog around once in the baguette to evenly distribute the sauce on the inside.

Suggestion:

Serve in a triangular pouch or napkin.
