Deluxe cheesedog

Step into the extravagant world of the CheeseDog Deluxe, where premium flavours come together for an extraordinary culinary experience. This masterful creation envelops a juicy CheeseDog with a stylish black bun, making every bite a sensory delight.

Ingredients

  • Black bun
  • CheeseDog
  • Handful of lettuce (iceberg or romaine), cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp red cabbage, pickled, in strips
  • 1 tbsp diced pickles
  • 1 tbsp ketchup, smoked
  • 1 tbsp kimchi mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fried onions

Preparation method

  1. Cut the bun partway through lengthwise
  2. Prepare the CheeseDog in one of these ways:
    Deep-frying: 4 to 5 minutes at 180˚ C
    Grilling: about 8 minutes on the griddle or contact grill over medium heat, turning frequently.
  3. Line the bun with a thin layer of lettuce.
  4. Drain the CheeseDog and place it on top of the lettuce in the bun.
  5. Top one side of the roll with the red cabbage strips and the other with diced pickles.
  6. Zigzag a generous dash of ketchup and kimchi mayonnaise on top.
  7. Finish with the fried onions.

Suggestion:

Serve deliciously with Flemish fries.
